Building a Culture of Academic Achievement

                   May 21, 2012

Good morning …

Today is Monday, May 21st, 2012.  You should be in your first period class.

Think about it…

“Stand up for what you believe in and stay TRUE to your feelings”.

Summer styles…

As the weather begins to warm up we begin to change what we wear.  Please remember the dress code when you’re choosing your summer styles.  No short-shorts, no long white T’s, no sandals.  Please take a look in your agenda for Do’s and Dont’s of the Dress code.

8th graders…

This is your last year in middle school and soon you will face an adult world.  Are ready?  Are you prepared?  Take the remaining time to learn all that you can to be prepared for and able to handle the challenges of high school and life as a young adult.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to all of the students who have earned their way to participate in the end of the year activities.  If you are not sure…check on your grades and your citizenship with your teachers.  You may still have time!

Lost and Found

If you have lost clothing or personal items a Lost and Found table will be set up next month for you to recover your items.  Any unclaimed items will be donated to the PTA Clothes Closet for less fortunate students.

Don’t blow it…

Water balloons are not allowed on campus, take them to your neighborhood park and have a blast!

You can do it…

What the mind can conceive it can achieve! Picture your report card with the type of grades on it that you deserve…now go and work hard and earn them!

"The road to college begins here”.

Remember…Give Respect…Get respect!
